**Job description**:
Managing facilities/property daily operational activities
Leading technical teams in installation, trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance works
Budgeting and managing facilities/properties expenses
Managing customer relations and business operation processes
Developing Standard Operating Procedures and good practices to accomplish desired business goals
Able to liaise and co-ordinate with Consultant, relevant Authority agency, Client and contractors.
Oversee and improve both internal and external operation systems.
Ensure equipment are well maintained and serviced.
Oversee renovation and maintenance works.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Degree/Diploma in Building/Real Estate/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
At least 3 to 4 years of experience
Experience in data centre environment is an advantage
Must have experience in building and facilities maintenance and system
Good analytical and communication skills
Able to start work in short notice
