Our client is a fully owned subsidiary of a top 5 Mobile brand in Southeast Asia.

**Position**: Procurement Specialist
**Location**: Singapore
**Education Requirement**: Bachelor's Degree or Above

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial statement analysis and tax prediction, identifying potential issues and risks.
- Assist in calculating and filing corporate income tax and value-added tax (VAT), respond to tax authority inquiries, and maintain good communication and relationships with tax advisors and tax authorities.
- Handle employer reporting for employee individual income tax, process daily CPF (Central Provident Fund), CDAC (Corporation of Depositors and Creditors), and SDL (Stamp Duty) payments, and manage various reimbursement tasks.
- Assist in drafting secretarial documents, manage and maintain the company's legal records and registers, submit notifications and reports to ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) to ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the Singapore company, including but not limited to office supply procurement.
- Ability to read write in chinese is essential

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
