Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns, work with the marketing CRM, assist the Key Account Managers in meetings and presentations.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
**DUTIES**:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Assist with the production of marketing materials, presentations and collateral
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases as needed
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
- Write and prepare marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM a plus
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
