We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Well+ Program Management, Assistant Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
Program set-up
- Set-up the Wellness program into the relevant platform pre-program launch and conduct all relevant testing to ensure a successful launch
- Solve any platform issue with a “customer first” approach in timely manner, and adopt a continuous improvement approach following any issue to avoid repetition in future
- Collaborate with relevant parties at group and local level, follow relevant governance / process and ensure effective program implementation
Program enhancements
- Use data points, insights customer feedback to improve Platform and digital customer experience
- Lead the integration with other platforms (such as Customer and Distributor Front-ends) to enhance Wellness program experience
- Lead integration with potential other partners (ie wellness, rewards)
- Manage the vendor relationship, performance and proactively work with Global team to speak to the vendor with a single voice to maximize negotiation power.
- Train other team members to be able to run basic platform management activities for business continuity purpose
Program Management
- Ensure the Wellness platform is up and running all the time, and maximize platform performance
- Work closely with the Global and Local teams to localize and shape the Singapore wellness program offer proposition
- Create a holistic and differentiated customer experience that includes interactive touch points that can drive commercial opportunities for Insurance and Bank alike
- Propose additional customer engagement KPIs and requirements to be tracked in dashboards as part of customer engagement activity
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Business Analyst (BA), Digital, Technology experience is preferred
- Experience in end-to-end development cycle is preferred
- Customer centric mind-set to drive customer behaviours
- Good stakeholder management to be able to influence colleagues from other departments and progress
- Proactive team spirit with strong inter-personal skills
- Self-motivation, the ability to work independently and ability to get things done
- Adaptability to changes, an open mind to learning new skills on the job
- Good understanding of local market and customer behaviours
- Keen interest in problem-solving
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
