Manager/ Senior Manager Enabling & Support (OSAT) - enjoyed and passionate about consolidating Infineon's Cross Functional Operational Requirements and assessed supplier readiness in a structured gap analysis with regionally and globally

In your new role you will:

- Consolidate **Infineon's Cross Functional Operational Requirements **and assess **supplier readiness **in a structured gap analysis.
- **Project manage **and **lead overall **enabling work packages **to meet ramp up **timeline.
- **Work independently with cross functional teams **(Division, Development, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Corporate Supply Chain Management, IT& Factory Integration, Procurement, Intercompany Shipment ) in a matrix environment to establish and optimize e **nd to end supply chain set up in support of external manufacturing.**:

- Enable the **integration of subcontract manufacturing **information with Infineon Systems
- **Set up Capability **for ongoing **reliability monitoring **and **single device traceability**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Min **University Degree **in a technical Field
- Minimum **6 years **of working experience in the **semiconductor industry **in **areas of package development, production management, Quality, Engineering or Supply chain management.**:

- Minimum of **5 years’ experience **managing and **enabling OSAT suppliers **.
- Proficient in **Project Management **and experienced in **leading projects **in a **cross functional **and **global setting is a must**:

- **Able to lead in a matrix environment.**:

- **Technical proficiency **in backend semiconductor manufacturing highly preferred
- **Strong understanding of engineering, quality, operations, planning and logistics requirements.**:

- Good understanding of supply chain concepts in SAP/GPN environment preferred.
- Proficiency in w **ritten & spoken Chinese/ Mandarin **is required to communicate with **Chinese speaking supplier and counterparts**:

- Willingness to **travel overseas for work purposes**
