Global End User Services (GEUS) is a global IT support organization that interacts with all levels of the company to support Our Company’s mission to improve patients' lives and meet customer needs. We operate as an IT partner to our business in managing end-user devices, helpdesk, deskside support, end-user tools, computing and site infrastructure. We deliver requested products, services and make recommendations on how we can improve the workplace and the experience of working at Our Company. We also work with our colleagues to provide the right level of services and solutions that help everyone be more productive and enable innovation.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Innovation**
- Responsible in managing and driving the implementation of strategic initiatives that support improvements in the overall IT user satisfaction rating
- Responsible for managing user feedback forums/workshops, collaborate with product managers or industry partners/experts and drive emerging or new technology from pilot to mainstream.
- Provide leadership and technical advice to business users, technical members and vendors to adoption of strategic transformation framework and standards
- Oversees the new technical aspects and technologies development, assess their value add and applicability for the purpose of organisation growth and adoption;
- Work closely with stakeholders and partners to drive change and innovations;
- Involve in continuous improvement, initiate new ideas / concepts by leveraging the latest technologies; driving the efficiency across the whole ecosystem;
- Promote the use of emerging technologies, contribute to the digital strategy and build the digital transformation initiatives within the organisation.
- Participates in developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions and productivity.
- Collaborate with company support functions to leverage knowledge management practices and principles.
- Drives continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate that solutions and product backlog.

**Operations Support**
- Responsible for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia markets
- Delivery of IT Support services that is cost effective and of high quality. Ensure that end user computing equipment is provided, maintained and properly processed at the end of life. Scope of IT infrastructure support includes laptop/desktop, mobile devices, networks, security, servers and telephony throughout all business divisions.
- Manage external suppliers to deliver services as contracted.
- Collaborate with Support teams to implement digital solutions (shift left) as necessary to reduce costs and provide better self-service to the end users of the technology provided.
- Close cooperation with divisional aligned IT teams and the business to deliver IT services and capabilities to support the business needs.
- Manage vendor to provide smart-hands technical support of the local computer room environment and communication closets.
- Execute on the IT strategy, priorities and service model for the infrastructure deployed, end user IT devices as well as back-office infrastructure locally implemented.
- Manage and forecast budget in regard to the departmental operating expenses of IT support and infrastructure.
- Participate on global and regional IT projects, as well as ensuring all on-going maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements are performed in a timely manner and according to company standards.
- Represent the organization on projects that are IT or business driven such as PC life cycle, mobile device upgrades, network, server or telephony equipment maintenance as well as initiatives such as office moves and site consolidations.
- Support Mergers, Acquisitions and divestiture activities including equipment optimization, setup, and disposal. Aid in the establishment of IT services at new sites as a result of business growth.
- Ensure that standards, policies, procedures and methodologies are applied to the development, implementation and operating processes, and that the company’s infrastructure environment is consistent with good business and computing practices.
