**Job Description**:
You will be a member of our Agile software development team developing cutting-edge industrial automation programming software products. As the Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating the SAFe/Scrum process within a development team. This includes guiding the team on SAFe/Scrum practices, coaching team members on best practice, and removing any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving its goals by working closely with stakeholders. You will also work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is in good shape and that the team is working towards the product vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and coach the team on SAFe/Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving its goals.
- Encourage team collaboration and communication.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is in good shape and that the team is working towards the product vision.
- Help the team to define and achieve its goals for each Sprint.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
- Ensure that the team follows the Agile/Scrum process and that its principles are upheld, and help the team to continuously improve its processes and practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide visibility into the team's progress and status.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe/Agile/Scrum principles and practices. At least three years of practice as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Some knowledge of software design techniques, experience in industrial automation or large-scale software development is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with SAFe/Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, Jama, or similar tools.
