Internship - Automotive Supply Chain Specialist

The student will help to support the Process Improvement Project - to identify, analyze and construct a solution.

In your new role you will:

- Help with the **creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans**, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the Business Demand Planner
- Be involved in **solving the logistics aspects**within task forces for product and production problems
- **Participate in projects**related to supply chain processes & tools, and change management
- **Make use of production flexibility**within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners
- Assist to **improvise the business processes and reporting enhancement**

Internship learning outcomes:

- To understand and gain the insights of Infineon's complex supply chain processes
- To **identify the potential gap**and implement**the workaround solution to improve the productivity and efficiency
- Understand how to **balance supply and demand**to minimize excess inventory and stockouts

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

- On track to attain Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science
- Business focused with **strong planning, coordination, analytical skills**:

- Good **communication skills**(written and verbal), **time management**and **organizational skills**:

- Additional skills in AI knowledge in **Tableau, Machine learning, Python, SQL**will be advantage
