**Responsibilities**:

- **Source and procure products and services from vendors while ensuring the best possible prices and quality.**:

- **Maintain and manage supplier relationships, ensuring optimal delivery schedules and contract terms.**:

- **Conduct market research to stay updated on new products, trends, and supplier capabilities.**:

- **Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.**:

- **Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.**:

- **Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and budget constraints.**:

- **Track and evaluate supplier performance and resolve any procurement issues or discrepancies.**:

- **Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with company objectives.**

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in retail, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.**:

- **1-3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.**:

- **Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.**:

- **Ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
