**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company (PreciX’s Knee Assessment Service and Clinical Trials), ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain, update, and monitor compliance with the required quality assurance standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage budget and resources, optimizing cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Responsible for HR and Office Administration
- Handle operational issues and crises promptly and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to business activities.
- Assist in good bookkeeping and monitoring of expenditure related to the Operations Department.

**What You Need?**
- Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes and systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
