**Job Description - Full-Time Tutor (Tuition Centre)**
**Location**: Tampines
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $3000 - $4200 (Depending on Experience)
**Work Days**: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend
**Work Hours**:
- **Weekdays**: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- **Weekends**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Commitment Required**: Must commit **until the end of the academic year** once confirmed.
**Job Overview**
We are looking for **dedicated and passionate full-time tutors** to join our tuition centre. If you enjoy **teaching and mentoring students**, this role offers **career growth opportunities**, including leadership training.
**Responsibilities**
**Conduct Engaging Lessons**
- Ensure lessons are **interactive, structured, and aligned with MOE syllabus**.
**Student Assessment & Progress Tracking**
- Conduct **student assessments** to identify strengths & weaknesses.
- Work closely with parents to provide **regular progress updates**.
**Administrative & Teaching Support**
- Prepare **teaching materials** and resources.
- Assist in **lesson planning** and improving curriculum delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Certificates.**:
- Teaching experience **preferred** (1+ year), but **fresh applicants are welcome** - training provided
- Passion for **teaching and mentoring students**.
- Strong **communication & classroom management** skills.
- Ability to commit to the **entire academic year**.
