**Responsibilities**
- To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site, including site planning, coordination, supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor;
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets;
- Liaising and meeting with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants;
- Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications;
- Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report including S-Curves and progress trackers;
- Preparation of baseline programme including resources, cost loading and critical path;
- Preparation of catch up programmes when required;
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace;
- Assist with the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients;
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in the construction building projects;
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
