Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently recruiting Geotechnical Engineers (Graduate) to work in our Transport Sector. Within this role you will support the detailed design of geotechnical engineering and calculations, technical reporting, and support engineering tasks across a wide range of award-winning transport infrastructure projects. These projects include North-South Corridor, HS2 in the UK, Sydney Metro, Changi Airport Terminal 5 and Jakarta MRT. We are dedicated to delivering large infrastructure projects, to make a positive change for those who need it most.

As part of the role, key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and outline detailed geotechnical engineering designs and calculations.
- Detailed design of ERSS, geotechnical and civil engineering projects.
- Prepare method statement and engineering proposal.
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and authority organisations
- Visiting construction sites to carry out site inspection and site supervision
- Coordinate with various parties (team members, clients, government authorities) on design and stakeholder interface.
- Liaising and working together within the project team of engineers and drafters
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

- About You:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from a good university. Strong interest in pursuing geotechnical engineering as a passion.
- Between 0 to 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- A digital aptitude, strong learning mindset and interest to commit to driving social and sustainable outcomes in all that we do.
- Collaborative, open, and constructive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who is enthusiastic, driven and committed.
