**Environmental Management Assistant (1 Year Contract Part Time)**:**Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management**

**REPORTING TO**:**Site Manager**:

- **Support Asia-Pacific and local environmental manager to strategize and execute green initiatives**:

- **Update and maintain the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) documentation which includes legal register, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Environmental Aspects and Impact register etc. while identifying opportunities to improve**:

- **Collect environmental performance data on a regular basis and ensure data accuracy in the global database**:

- **Coordinate with local environmental service providers and certification bodies to support audit arrangement and rectification plans**:

- **Organize environmental programs and execute projects with team. Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to drive awareness among the firm.**:

- **Maintain team's intranet sites to ensure the information is up to date.**:

- **Work as a team with other regional In-House Environmental Management assistants to drive regional initiatives and develop environmental community**:

- **Identify opportunities for environmental management communications, training topics and raising awareness among the region**:**REQUIREMENT**:

- **University undergraduate in **environmental management related **specialization**:

- **Organized, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility**:

- **Good communication and presentation skills**:

- **Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously**:

- **Experience of event execution is an advantage**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office**:

- **Good command of written English and Chinese, while being fluent in both for communication**:

- **_Part-time (2.5 - 3 days per week), preferably Year 1 student from the university
