[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver diploma level lecturing & tutoring duties for both pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET) and at Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) centres; teaching methods include lectures, tutorials, seminars and E-Learning;
- Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials, coordinate and administer the delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX) and/or related customer analytics topics.
- Undertake and manage industry projects on market research, data analytics, customer experience and online (e.g. social media) and offline interactions.
- Plan, coordinate and implement events, seminars immersion trips, alumni and other student activities such as webinar and career fair, study trip, alumni and student activities.
- Develop and guide learners in their holistic development and provide pastoral care and career guidance to learners.
- Coach and provide guidance to learners during their internship.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in business studies.
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas in Singapore:

- Social CRM / Online platforms engagement
- Customer experience and stakeholder engagement
- CRM management and strategy development
- Service processes and innovation
- CRM analytics
- Tech-enabled CRM / customer experience
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills, with ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- As this is an applied training environment, hands-on and field experience in relevant areas as well as willingness and ability to coach learners in the field is a must.
- Experience in areas such as Omnichannel CX and/or AI-driven CX will be an added advantage.
