**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and professional School Van Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for our students. The driver will operate a school van to pick up and drop off students during specified hours, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transportation Duties**
- Safely transport students between home and school according to the assigned schedule.
- Ensure all passengers are securely seated and adhere to safety protocols.
- **Safety and Compliance**
- Perform daily checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and school transport safety standards.
- Ensure the interior and exterior cleaniness of the vehicle.
- **Student Management**
- Maintain discipline among students during transit.
- Foster a friendly and respectful environment within the vehicle.
- **Administrative Duties**
- Maintain a log of daily trips and report any incidents to school management.
- Follow all school policies and guidelines related to transportation.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Class 3 Driving License**in Singapore.
- Possess a **Bus Driver’s Vocational License (BDVL)**issued by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s traffic regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact well with children, parents, and school staff.
- Good time management and reliability to adhere to strict schedules.
- A clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Medically fit to perform the duties of a school driver.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working as a school bus or van driver.
- Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:

- The driver will be required to make 3 shifts daily, as per the following schedule:

- **Trip 1**:7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
- **Trip 2**:1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
- **Trip 3**:5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
