Roles & Responsibilities

Stakeholder engagement begins with knowing who and what is influencing the issues you care about. Engaging with TSC gives you access to our Tool, the Data that is pre-populated and curated for you on that Tool, and our Professional Services team to help you navigate that Data.

At TSC we work with Fortune 500 companies and top NGOs around the world in 95+ countries and across 20+ industries.

**What is your role**:You will
be responsible for assessing the usefulness of existing data with respect to your tasks and devising techniques to extract and curate additional data where required
- explore, improve and validate state-of-the-art technologies with a focus on graph mining and analytics, and natural language processing
- **Who are we looking for**:

- someone who is passionate about data science and the technologies that help people make sense of big data, and makes a regular effort to stay updated
- comfortable with large scale data
- able explain data science concepts clearly and concisely
- proficient with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with a good understanding of various optimization and loss functions
- proficient with common graph mining and analytics, including tasks like community detection, recommendation, label propagation, and various classification tasks
- familiar with common text processing techniques
- experience with graph knowledge bases would be a bonus
- proficient in Python and SQL languages. Any other suitable languages like C++ or Java would be a bonus
- familiar with data processing toolkits/libraries and approaches for dealing with large text or graph datasets
