WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

As Assistant Manager Claims you will be responsible to independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle Personal Lines Claims. To be successful, you will manage the full review of policy coverage and incident details, you will determine liability, set/adjust reserves, estimate for damages, and negotiate settlements. You must be able to manage customers and agents concern and queries.

In this role, you will
- Handle Personal Lines claims including property damage, Loss of personal valuables, Maid Insurance, Personal Accident claims.
- Manage, investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and settle claims within prescribed authority levels and timeframe.
- Communicate with customers, agent to gather information regarding claims, plan for a proper course of action.
- Respond to queries within the stipulated timeframe.
- Perform detailed site inspections; provide detailed assessment of repair, damages and losses based on the information collected.
- Follow-up on all claims in a timely manner and conduct regular claim review for timely closure.
- Work on any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year of experience with General/Personal Lines Claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
