Packhouse Supervisor

Supervise all packing operations, including sorting, grading, and packing of produce.
- Ensure that all produce is packed accurately, according to size, quality, and customer specifications.
- Monitor and maintain product quality control standards.
- Train and supervise packing house staff in safe and efficient packing techniques.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve packing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all packed produce.
- Coordinate with sales and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of produce to customers.
- Monitor and maintain packing house equipment, and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

**Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hydroponics or agricultural environment.
- Familiarity with high-tech hydroponic farming practices and equipment.
- Supervisory skills and the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
