**Responsibilities of Content & Fashion Creator:
1. Social Media Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

2. Fashion Design:

- Assist the design team in creating innovative and on-trend fashion designs that align with our brand image and target market.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
- Assist in developing detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate translation of designs into final products.

3. Administrative Support:

- Handle administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in packing and shipping customer orders with a keen eye for detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and customer information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong design skills and a keen eye for fashion trends.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and social media management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
