We are looking for a dedicated Therapist Aide to support the clinic operations and physicians. Your primary role is to assist and support the patients and physicians to complete their required treatments / programs. Other additional roles are included (but not limited) in the following:

- Ensure daily operations of the new set up is well managed
- Incumbent must be comfortable to do ad hoc duties to ensure the new set up operates efficiently
- Provide customer service and handle patients’ enquiries
- Arrange and schedule patients' appointments
- Ensure medicine dispensary is accurate
- Ensure patients' record management are properly maintained
- Perform TCM treatments such as guasha, moxibustion and cupping as prescribed by the physicians
- Work closely with other consultants, therapists and physicians when necessary
- Support in projects from time to time
