**Full Job Description**

Admin cum Account Executive has the responsibility to support the Director in implementation of organization strategies. Also responsible for handle the accounting and finance matters; checking the income/expense record, AP/AR records and related documents, prepare and do the payments, bank process as well as administrative functions. Directly report to Director.

**Job Description
a) To support the Foreign Director in delivering Organization overall strategic objectives - from Accounting POV.

b) Handle and update the cash book, and income and expense record.

c) Handle all payables and receivables functions, and checking the related documents.

d) Coordinate and working closely with Company Secretary.

e) Handling full set of the account and Consolidated Income Statement for Corporate holding.

f) Handling and communicate with Auditor for yearly Audited Report.

g) Coordinate with Tax Consultant on tax perspective issues.

i) To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Director’s office as and when required.

j) To produce reports and follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Director as and when required.

k) Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

**Others responsibilities**

1. To comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

2. To hold a valid passport and be willing and able to travel extensively and at short notice.

3. The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.

4. To be responsible for health and safety in the area of his/her control and ensure that he/she is familiar with health and safety at work policy.

**Required Qualification**

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.

2. At least 4 years of progressive experience in Experiences in the Consolidated Group Accounting, Financial Analysis or Financial Reporting required. (Additional of Audit Experience is most preferable.)

3. Proven experience as Admin cum Accountant Executive or similar administrative role.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with China Vendors is preferable
