**Overview**:
HER Wellness Club launched this year as Singapore’s first women’s health and wellness members club, combining Pilates, nutrition and mental wellness in one beautiful space. Our goal is to help women to be Healthy, Empowered and Resilient so they can thrive in every phase of their life.

As the Club Coordinator for HER Wellness Club, you will support our smooth operations and enjoyable experience of our members in their various club activities through customer service and administrative work for members, premise operations and club events.

This role requires a customer-oriented, resourceful and efficient individual with a passion for women's wellness and attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable with digital software as we use an online system for managing our members and booking classes. Fluency in Chinese both spoken and written is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- **_Membership and Studio Administration: _**
- Provide excellent customer service to all potential and current clients from replying enquiries to class bookings with efficiency
- Register new members and update member databases
- Execute transactions, respond to member queries on billing/accounts, keep track of member packages and punctually reach out for renewals when required
- Help to coordinate instructor schedules and availabilities
- To update the Directors on areas such as sales, member needs & feedback, class/event attendance, new enquiries etc
- **_Club Operations: _**
- Ensure the club lounge and studio are well-stocked and tidy at all times
- Responsible for daily administrative and housekeeping duties

O Support the set-up and clean-up for all activities and events at the club

**Requirements**:

- Warm and personable with good communication (speaking and writing) skills in both English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year working experience in administration, customer service and operations, especially appreciated in the wellness and fitness space
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility, efficient, practical, with an attention for detail, good organisational skills, plus a good team player
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events (around 2-3 times a month)
- Appreciation for Pilates, fitness and women’s wellness is a plus - you can enjoy free group classes and discounted private sessions
