**Job Summary**:
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective and timely delivery of products. The Supply Chain Executive will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, fulfil customer requirements, and analyse supply chain performance to drive continuous improvement. This position will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procures equipment and consumable products for the company and shipment of same. This includes identifying and ordering the proper quantity, negotiating pricing and shipment terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfil commercial needs.
- Maintain adequate order planning, scheduling and receipt of shipments of consumable products. Will be required to physically receive and organize collection of shipments (for sample products purposes only).
- Input and process all orders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while completing and submitting all necessary documentation from both suppliers and internal customers. Oversee the initiation of the supplier payment process and paperwork.
- Liaise with 3/4PL on all logistic arrangement/issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billing for consignment business.
- Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to distributors. To monitor, coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
- Process and follow up customer PO including issue sales order, billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing and highlight any discrepancy to sales for selected market.
- Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customer on request.
- Ensure all shipping document and authorities approvals are in order prior to shipment of products.
- Maintain all data e.g., purchase/selling price, material master, customer/vendor master in ERP system.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management.
- 3 -5 years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain management, preferably in medical device industry.
- Experience in supply chain support to Southeast Asia countries preferred.
- Understand and familiar with export documentation and letter of credit payment.
- Proficiency in supply chain ERP system, preferably Oracle Netsuite.
- Proficiency in Business Chinese will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Agile and adaptable in managing and fulfilling urgent orders.
- Proactive in collaborating with the team to develop cost-saving solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- A strong bias for action and results-oriented
- High level of integrity
- Physically fit for ad-hoc inventory taking
