The client is a Global Financial Information and Media company that provides real-time data, news, and analytics to professionals in the finance, business, and investment sectors. This hire will be a producer and must be able to mange production management from start to finish in terms of creating, producing and managing.
- Formulate innovative storytelling strategies and concepts that align with client business objectives spanning diverse industries such as business, finance, technology, and luxury.
- Craft and present compelling video concepts that set new standards for internal teams and production collaborators, pushing creative boundaries.
- Oversees planning, scheduling, management, and execution of production activities to optimize project performance for APAC clients.
- Manage bids, budgets, schedules, and financial tracking for concurrent client projects, collaborating with production vendors.
- Collaborating closely with clients, they will formulate and present innovative content solutions, guide a proficient team skilled in video and design, cultivate creative alliances through established connections, and generate excitement within for the Regional Media Studios and its client projects.
- Collaborates closely with APAC Executive Editor, APAC Creative Director, design leads, freelancers, and vendors for client project ideation and execution.
- Establishes strong relationships with sales, strategy, and data science leadership to enhance client presentations and foster new business development.
- Ensures Media Studios content aligns with brand identity of thought leadership driven by proprietary data.
- Uphold top-tier quality throughout all stages of production partnership, from pre-production through post-production and final delivery.
- Innovate narrative styles and impeccable designs across a spectrum of video products, spanning social-first content, long-form presentations, and multi-wave episodic content.
- Simultaneously oversee projects while being hands-on, contributing to ideation, storyboarding, directing, and guiding animation, sound design, and other motion elements to achieve superior video storytelling.
- Translate stakeholder feedback into clear directives, effectively guiding teams' progress.
- Independently manage comprehensive projects from initiation to conclusion, adeptly juggling multiple assignments.
- Cultivate vital creative collaborations within the region, ensuring the Studio's artistic vision aligns accurately with the brand when working with external partners.

**Minimum Requirements**
- **Impressive portfolio **encompassing projects for Media, Finance, Technology, and Luxury brands (inclusive of personal endeavors).
- **7+ years **of professional experience spearheading video production and post-production endeavors.
- Comprehensive grasp of all pre
- and post-production facets concerning video and animation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar; familiarity with SmartSheets is advantageous.
- Track record in devising advertising campaigns for media, finance, technology, or luxury brands.
- Approachable demeanor, poised in high-pressure scenarios, adept at client interactions, and possessing a personable disposition
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, infused with a compelling storytelling flair.
- Robust interpersonal abilities, actively engaging with diverse stakeholders, including our team of writers, editors, and animators.
- Demonstrated aptitude in delivering presentations, cultivating client partnerships, and conveying visual concepts.
- Fluent in producing versatile deliverables suited for cross-channel strategies (style frames and/or storyboards for video, motion assets for immersive experiences, etc.).
- Profound capability to offer precise creative guidance and timely, constructive feedback to enhance creative processes, ensuring projects remain within budget and adhere to schedules.
