**Responsibilities**:
As the Indoor Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Maintaining and updating customer records.
- Coordinating with the sales team to meet targets and objectives.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and tracking progress.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.

1. **Order Processing**: Managing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery.

2. **Customer Service**: Handling inquiries, providing information on products or services, and resolving any customer issues or complaints.

3. **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team with quotes and following up with potential leads.

4. **Coordination with Departments**: Liaising with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

5. **Sales Reporting**: Preparing sales reports, tracking performance.

6. **Internal Communication**: Acting as a point of contact between the sales team and other internal departments.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant Sales Support experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry

At least GCE O Level or Diploma equivalent

High attention to detail and accuracy

**Working Hours**:
5.5 working days

Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.00pm) and Sat(8.30am to 1.00pm)
