Coating Process Engineer

Perform machine preventive maintenance activities
- Support various Projects on Coating Process deposition and its sample preparation before coating deposition
- Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and react to Out-of-Control conditions including defect troubleshooting
- Perform visual inspections (quality check) and coating’s characterization (hardness, stress, thickness adhesion measurement
- PVD/R&D equipment maintenance, recover from process and tool interruptions
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost
- Data input and complete all required reporting and documentation
- Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant technical work experience
- Able to operate computer and system interface programs and follow detailed instructions & procedures to complete tasks and required documentations
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous, independent and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
