**Tasks**
- Brand Architecture: Govern the brand architecture, working closely with cross-functional teams and the businesses to integrate or retire acquired brands.
- Brand guardianship: Act as an advocate for the corporate design and guideline, ensuring brand consistency and governance using centralized tool, processes as well as knowledge transfer programs for brand guardians and employees.
- Brand-building Campaigns: Strategize, plan, and execute creative and impactful brand-building strategies across various media channels, including owned, earned, and paid. Utilize data and analytics to continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Social Media: Elevate brand awareness and foster a positive brand association for TÜV SÜD through the creation, curation, and amplification of organic and paid content on social media platforms.
- Agency network: Effectively manage and coordinate multiple agencies for content production, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality materials.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in a brand marketing position in a B2B environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in implementation of a global Corporate Identity
- Professional written and verbal communication in English.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) will be an advantage.
- Experience working with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Sitecore content management system are advantageous.
- Resourceful, independent, disciplined with a strong desire to excel.
