EVYD Technology is a healthcare AI and Big Data company established with the aim to deliver data-driven solutions to address healthcare issues facing countries in Southeast Asia and beyond.

We are transforming healthcare through Data Intelligence. Our Big Data platform aggregates raw data that reside in disparate information systems and convert them into computable, structured and standardized data so that they could be further processed to derive deep insights and knowledge using natural language processing, machine learning and other AI technologies.

**IN BRIEF**

The Deployment Strategist forms a cohesive understanding of a problem with data from various disconnected sources to form high-impact solutions for our customers. It requires a person with a curious and analytical mindset, sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Serve as a strategist and hands-on professional to co-design and deliver innovative, cost-effective, and cross-domain solutions.
- Develop customer profiles, including identifying target customer needs and the most effective way to address those needs with Data Platform.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify, research, and qualify new customers and opportunities in collaboration with the broader business development team, engineering teams, and leadership. This includes researching, gathering news & trends, and providing insights regarding potential opportunities, areas of interest, or relevant current events.
- Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts.
- Understand customers' critical questions they need to answer, their work flows, and locate their biggest pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through deep customer engagement to understand their problems and workflows and work with Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
- Lead the assessment of competitors and work closely with other team members in the department.
- Present the work results and proposals to a wide range of audiences, from analyst to C-suite executives.
- Lead training courses to increase customer adoption and gain feedback.

**QUALIFICATION**
- A bachelor's or master's degree is medical related
- Experience working in Healthcare and/or Government company
- Experience in technology consulting and customer support would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Outstanding ability to take on open-ended problems in an unstructured, complex environment.
- Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Good presentation, articulation and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work directly with C-level executives would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the business, create technical definitions for customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate and mobilise resources, and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel between 25 to 75% required, depending on project.
