**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build scalable and secure solutions using **[Java / Python / Node.js /.NET]**.
- Design and optimize **databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)**.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement unit testing, debugging, and error handling.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- **5 years**of professional back-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework ( **Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask,.NET Core, etc.**).
- Experience with **databases**(SQL & NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Good understanding of **RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture**.
- Familiarity with **Git**and version control best practices.
- Knowledge of **security principles**(authentication, authorization, encryption).

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with **cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)**.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)**.
- Exposure to **messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)**.
- Understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g., NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement.
