**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design and develop Chatbot solution.
- Work closely with team lead and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Attend client meetings during the requirement gathering process and during development.
- Analyzing the customer need by designing, testing and developing software as required to satisfy the functional and non-functional of the business.
- Work closely with internal architecture team. Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to teams.
- Communicate to the team lead with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays of the assign project.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experiences
- Experience and deep understanding in Python, TensorFlow, Google Dialog Flow.
- Experience with Rasa Open Source.
- Experience with ReactJS, HTML/XHTML, JQuery and Bootstrap CSS.
- Familiar with Docker, Linux, GitHub.
- Experience working with relational database systems such as Maria DB, MSSQL or MongoDB and a good working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience developing and implementing open source software projects preferred.
- ITILv3 foundation certified preferred.
