Reporting to the EVP & COO, International Markets and EVP & International General Manager Paramount +. This role is responsible for the Asia Hub business, which includes Southeast Asia, Greater China (Hong Kong, Taiwan and China), Korea and Japan. The incumbent will lead and provide direction, long-term strategic growth and planning of the business in line with the overall strategy.

**Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the International Leadership management team to ensure overall strategic direction and operating requirements for the business are in alignment with the global strategy and appropriate for the local region
- Responsible for the P&L of the Asia business
- Provide strategic leadership across all revenue lines to achieve key growth in the region
- Review and identify emerging revenue opportunities
- Provide leadership to all business teams
- Deliver operating budgets by performing monthly reviews towards the progress of revenues and profitability
- Lead internal and external relationships to grow the business in Asia

**Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in content revenue
- Strong knowledge of the Asia content market specifically in developing Paid content and brand partnership revenues, OTT and SVOD services
- Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in managing budgets/P&Ls and developing business plans
- Proven ability to conduct business with C suites within major Asia corporations
- Proven ability to work within a complex matrix structure and multiple time zones
- Ability to drive change and high-performance culture in the evolving media landscape
- Excellent management and communication skills in a dynamic and global environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
