You will be supporting in:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process the Sales quotations received from the Materials Planners to generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices or any documents as required by the process flow
- Follow up with the Materials Planners and customers when there is incomplete information or documents
- Perform the necessary checks on stock inventory level and payment records before processing orders
- Follow up with customers on payment matters: to ensure that payment is collected based on terms of sales
- Attend to customer’s enquiries on sales order/ delivery order status
- Ensure the proper and appropriate representation of the Company in all areas with regards to dealing with customers and external relations.
- Respond to requests from both internal and external parties in a timely manner
- Assist in the cataloguing and maintenance of the Samples library
