The Engineering Division conducts research and provides engineering services to the whole of DSO in the areas of digital and mixed
- signal electronics/microelectronics, radio frequency (RF), electromagnetic interference (EMI)/electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), antennas, as well as mechanical and thermal engineering.

Assistant Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Design chassis for electronics modules using 3D CAD software
- Design test jigs and fixtures for electronics testing
- Generate 2D Mechanical Drawings
- Perform hardware fabrication with precision metal joining technology
- Perform mechanical assembly and integration of hardware
- Perform mechanical testing of electronics modules

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
- Proficient in 3D CAD design and 2D mechanical drawings generation
- Interest in conceptualising design, implementing in CAD tools and realising them

**SKILLS**:

- AUTOCAD PROFICIENCY
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- TECHNICAL WRITING
