In your new role as Freight Solutions Adviser, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high level of customer service, delivery and service for Qantas and Jetstar Freight. This position works closely with the Sales team and is accountable for maintaining close working relationships with key clients, flight reservations and flight planning, maintaining shipment reports, operations, tracking and tracing activities and ensuring the smooth handling of cargo claims. This role is also responsible for basic accounts and invoice management.
You’ll have:
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks- Strong attention to detail- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers- Strong customer focus- Self-motivation, be adaptable, flexible and agile- A continuous improvement focus with desire to take on new challenges- Air Freight Industry knowledge - Highly advantageous- Proven experience building strong stakeholder relationships- Solid problem solving skills- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
