We are now looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join our R&D Singapore **Electro-acoustic Development** team. You will work closely with the audiology and cross functional product development team, as a critical member in global R&D Product Development team to our hearing aid devices

**What you will do**:

- Performs complex Hearing Aids concept design, aided by the latest software tools and professional measurement setup
- Pioneering new technologies or solutions into next generation of BTE/RIC hearing aid
- Develop and optimize electrical performance as well as designing the finest acoustic sound experience
- Quality and Safety verification based on International Standard, American Standard (ANSI) and FDA Class 2 Medical Device
- Lead and mentor engineers to achieve team standards

**What you will bring**:

- Master / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Good analysis skills
- Able to work and communicate well in a collaborative environment
- Design to Manufacturability and Design to cost
- FMEA, MATLAB, COMSOL, CST, TENSAFLOW knowledge are welcome
- Knowledge or experience of audio and ESD development
