**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building a risk management framework for cross-border and Hong Kong licensed entity-related businesses of Tenpay, achieving risk control capability to serve individuals and global enterprises using WeChat Pay on a massive scale;
- Familiar with regulatory requirements, combined with guidance policies on international sanctions and anti-money laundering, to form implementable risk management plans and control risks;
- Build risk management systems for foreign exchange and Hong Kong licensed entities, realizing functions such as automatic identification of risk signals, systematic analysis of risk impact, and automatic reporting of risk warnings;
- Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources of the company, including communication and coordination with various positions such as technology, legal, finance, risk control, and policy.

**Requirements**:

- More than 8 years of relevant financial risk control experience;
- Familiar with regulatory policies of payment institutions or foreign exchange businesses, familiar with finance, foreign exchange, finance and related laws and regulations, and priority will be given to those familiar with Hong Kong regulatory systems;
- Good communication and coordination skills, execution ability, strong writing expression ability, and stress resistance.
