**Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- daily stock reconciliation process and monitor for issue closure in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with ops teams to identify the best practice to achieve timely update of position to minimize reconciliation break
- Ensure accuracy and meticulous in daily processing of records and updates.
- Support in data collation and documentation for periodic US IRS - QI/QDD reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation to achieve operational workflow and service efficiency
- Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

**Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma qualification.
- Keen attention to detail with accountability mindset
- Analytical mind to identify area of recon break in equities post trade records
- High sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and organizational skill
- Team player and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
