**Success Factor**

One key success factor for a project consultant in this role would be the ability to effectively manage multiple short assignments concurrently. This requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once without letting any fall through the cracks.

In addition to being able to handle multiple assignments at once, a successful project consultant in this role will also possess strong communication skills. They should be able to clearly articulate project goals and deliverables to clients, as well as effectively communicate any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the course of a project.

Another important success factor for a project consultant in this role would be their ability to adapt to different environments and work with a variety of clients. This may require a high level of flexibility and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Finally, a successful project consultant will also have strong problem-solving skills. They should be able to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of a project and come up with creative solutions to challenges as they arise.

**Qualification**
- Diploma degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments and work with a variety of clients
- Experience in project management or a related field is preferred, but not required.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform administrative duties throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Manage entire project lifecycle and achieve the desired response and clients’ satisfaction outcome.
- Actively following up with pending projects to achieve desirable outcome.

- Brief the project to stakeholders during the kick-off meeting
- Provide updates to clients with detailed project plans, status reports, etc.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
