**Responsibilities**:
**Intern - ATE Test Engineering**

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN THROUGH OUR PROJECTS**:

- Gain basic ATE tests & products knowledge through hands-on experience in Semiconductor testing.
- Work along-side Product Development Engineers to improve test development processes.
- Learn about data analysis and product bring up processes.
- Understanding of latest and different types of test methodologies and DFTs on ATE such as Scan, Bist and high-speed IO loopback testing, Test program flow architectures, Diagnostics used on systems level testing (SLT), Yield Debug.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
Self-driven individuals with a willingness to explore, learn, and passionate about technology.

**RELEVANT SKILLSETS**:

- Understanding of semiconductor testing concept.
- Understanding of programming and scripting languages.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
