**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, financial estimates and risk management
- Plan and oversee project construction activities to ensure that they align with the project plan
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Monitor progress against established schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure timely delivery of completed projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations across all phases of construction
- Manage budgetary constraints by identifying areas where costs can be reduced without sacrificing quality or safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and identify potential issues before they become problems
- Communicate regularly with senior management to keep them informed about project status and any issues that arise
- Lead a team of professionals including project coordinators, engineers, designers, contractors etc.
- Ensure documentation is complete for all phases of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years’ experience in construction management including experience managing large scale projects in Singapore.
- Excellent knowledge of building products/laws/regulations/safety procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to oversee multiple teams simultaneously
- Ability to develop accurate project plans with effective communication skills necessary for managing stakeholders internally (executive team) & externally (vendors)
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles/practices/tools & software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to identify areas for cost savings without sacrificing quality or safety standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
