**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for drawing and creating packaging solutions.
- Provide project management support on packaging development projects.
- Ensure the proposed packaging designs are realized at production.
- Drive for and deliver direct and indirect savings on the projects.
- Communicate technical information to stakeholders.
- Manage packaging tests and packaging trials ensuring quality
- Provide active independent support to packaging development milestones completed in time.
- Work with project team and vendors to ensure all packaging requirement, packaging testing and qualification projects meet a high level of scientific integrity.
- Work independently with all functions to deliver goals on projects or initiatives.
- Support appropriate maintenance of data systems and structures.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a packaging engineering related role.
- Extensive knowledge in packaging legislations and requirements.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator.
- Ability to take initiative, think and work independently.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to work in an empowered environment.
- Ability to build collaborative and effective relationships with colleagues and suppliers for productive outcomes.
- Ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Awareness and ability to work with culturally diverse team
- Ability to converse and interact with suppliers and contractors base in China.
