**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively participate in the formulation of product vision and strategy for payments; identify and evaluate technology partners that would provide system enhancements and new features to improve our competitive edge for continued growth towards market dominance.
- Translate business strategies and insights into relevant and innovative product features that accelerate business growth.
- Develop products/features to meet enterprise business needs and customer’s demand, delivering superior customer experience and interaction.
- Be a dynamic product owner who can clearly define and articulate product requirements, rally a matrix of teams and work in a highly collaborative agile environment and challenge status quos to implement these product features.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of system changes and new services with the technology partners and cross functional groups; to manage delivery milestones with Agile methodology, leading to timely and successful launches
- Lead the development of end-to-end business processes and policies with the goal of achieving outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency, without compromising security and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and technical test plans/scripts.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, IT or Business
- Experience with certified qualification in agile practices will be added advantage
- More than 3 years of working experience in a payment service provider or payment network environment, dealings with technology partners and/or merchants
- Savvy with mobile payment products, services and technologies, and well-informed on mobile fintech innovations and digital payment trends.
- Strong domain knowledge of mobile commerce, app store and other digital payments would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative partnership with industry partners.
- Fundamental understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements and knowledge of the security requirements and implementation methodology for payment products/ systems.
