Leading a team of service engineers by supervising, guiding and motivating for smooth operations and effective collaboration to achieve team goals.
- Perform day to day management of the team in coordination, distribution and execution of scheduled and unscheduled works to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Support the daily activities to a team of service engineers in analytical troubleshooting of technical problems, on-site maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities if necessary.
- Perform quality controls and ensure all contractual KPIs and requirements are met.
- Ensure staff are trained to be competent in performing their work.
- Review service reports and be prepared to address all variances. Submit monthly report to Department Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience in electronics or mechatronics working environment
- Experience in managing field support service activities
- Able to standby 24 by 7 in coordination of unscheduled works with service engineers
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Good communication skills
- Good team player and yet able to work independently.
- Valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
