- Integral member of the Asia Pacific government affairs team to drive ambitious public policy priorities to support commercial momentum, strengthen foundation and enhance corporate reputation.
- Lead critical policy workstreams for the APAC market group collaborating closely with global policy leads including sustainability and education/learning through play.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Government and Public Affairs, APAC, you will have an opportunity to learn how to anticipate, counsel and shape the public policy agenda that will impact the LEGO Group’s commercial and operational growth as well as help enhance the company’s reputation.

**Do you have what it takes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in public affairs, public policy, political science or equivalent and/or Master’s degree in related field are preferred.
- At least 6-8 years in a government affairs, public policy role. Corporate experience preferred
- Active experience in direct engagement with government, developing position papers to engage government partners, representing organizational priorities in industry fora
- Understanding, interest and experience in APAC ESG policies, trade policy, education policy and environment policies
- Passionate about public policy and government affairs
- Entrepreneurial and proactive with strong project management skills
- Skilled communicator in English, proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with multiple partners across levels, including senior management
- Strong collaborator, values driven with a high level of integrity
