Singapore CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
- Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs
- Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage
- Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team
- Assist Contracts Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
- Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts
- Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparation and submission of Variation Order & Progress Claim to Client (LTA)
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage any dispute or variation
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Contracts Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Survey, Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering.
- 5- 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying and sub-contract administration of Construction Project.
- Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law.
- Experience with LTA project is preferable.
