**The Opportunity**
- Understand the fire protection service design and prepare drawings using Autocad or Revit
- Understand and comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project
- Support project modeling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
- Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control
- Modeling using specified tools
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines
- M&E Drawing production from 3D models
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models
- Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Naviswork & Excel
- Able to do simple mechanical system design is an advantage

**Your Background**
- BCA/Diploma/Degree or equivalent and Revit certificate with minimum 5 years' experience hands-on using CAD/REVIT software.
- Only **Singaporeans** may apply
- Experience in drafting M&E services for the Data Centre project an advantage
