We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** Engagement Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Drive stakeholder management and engagement within the Platforms function
- Participate in business planning activities which will include financial, technological, and resource planning
- Participate in devising and monitoring internal governance activities
- Lead transformation projects such as workforce planning and change management to improve the effectiveness of people and business on Platforms
- Investigate and seek remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Structured analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sources
- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Confidence in liaising across the organization with an ability to deliver clear, insightful and succinct messages
- Ability to prioritize effectively against multiple deadlines
- Experience leading transformation projects and knowledge using collaborative tools such as Confluence, Jira, Mural, MS Teams
