**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team that is responsible for the management of an estate management system to deliver integrated facilities management, retail solutions and analytics pertaining to these estate management functions. The business analyst role requires you to distil useful insights from the wealth of collected data from various systems and modules by the digital retail solutions and digital facilities solutions teams, and translate them into actionable follow-ups for HDB to better serve our residents and stakeholders. It covers the full spectrum of HDB asset types (e.g. residential, commercial, car parks, social and communal facilities, lands).

**What you will be working on**
- Project manage, research and deploy artificial intelligence / machine learning tools and techniques to formulate practical solutions for facilities and retail management for our stakeholders and to infuse practical, realistic value that will elevate our service delivery.
- Elevate the management of properties by adopting machine learning techniques to predict retail and facility management issues (e.g. deriving and automating valuation, predicting defects, forecasting termination etc.).
- Horizon scanning for latest trends such as Generative AI in facilities and retail management to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Operationalise the deployment of business intelligence tools such as dashboards, reports and system alerts to improve the productivity and efficiency of our workflow.

As part of change management, reach out and educate our internal stakeholders on available self-help tools, features, that can be used to glean insights for sharper informed planning and decision making.

**What we are looking for**

- Applied Math/ Stats/ Economics with some background in coding in Python/R
