Our clients are mainly businesses and individuals who require clean, safe, climate-controlled and 24/7 access storage.**:
The Group expanded rapidly since its inception in 2019 and now has 7 conveniently located branches across the island. To complement its suite of self-storage solutions, the Group also added moving services, wine storage and co-working spaces to our product offerings for customers.

The Group is now recruiting more motivated, dynamic and friendly individuals to join the Team to support its business expansion initiatives:
**SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE
The Job:

- Accounts Receivables _
- Oversee and/or perform bank reconciliations on all AR collections.
- Generate AR aging as at month end or on adhoc as required.
- Work with respective operation teams to follow up on aged AR.
- Accounts Payable _
- Process accounts payable invoices and interco billing, matching and verifying with purchase orders, delivery orders/goods/services receipts.
- Capitalise all assets purchases and ensure depreciation is correctly captured.
- Raise interco fund transfers.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc payment proposals to vendors, ensuring invoices are approved in line with Group policies and processes.
- Oversee and/or perform bank reconciliation on AP payments.
- Oversee and/or perform recording of account payables, petty cash and staff expenses claims accurately.
- Investigate and resolve invoice/GRIR discrepancies.
- Handling and resolving internal and external vendors’ inquiries and issues.
- General Ledger _
- Ensure all accruals and prepayments are accounted for as at every month end.
- Check and ensure all asset, AR and AP sub-ledgers agree to GL.
- Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS e-Tax Guide.
- Adhoc job as and when requested.
- Diploma or professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting role
